Hi everyone hope you are all well
I've been reading about making homemade bars for a while now and there's a few different ways to do it bake /non bake etc,
I'm going to take a stab and try bake some using oats, ON Whey, Milk or syrup to bind and maybe chocolate on top. Trial and error and see whats good
My question is if I bake the mix will the nutritional value of the protein drop? I don't know enough about this and would like to know but I've heard if you fry or microwave foods in particular veg they can lose nutritional value which I don't want, I want to know exactly what I'm eating as I track all my macros. I thought I would ask as I'm sure there are many experienced users here and I don't know enough about what causes food to lose is nutritional value
Also if any one has any basics recipes they like or have good experience with feel free to drop your advice or suggestions
Cheers in advance
