Trial was a complete ****show on Gawker's part. They couldn't turn down the smug and snark for 1 second and got made to look like complete sociopaths. At one point they had a Gawker editor on stand and asked him what the limits are for publishing a celebrity sex tape. He said anything over 4 years old is fine.
Gawker owns a lot of properties that will probably be out of business unless someone comes in and buys the company.
