    Bulking help

    Hey all .

    I'm currently taking in 4-5k calories a day . All intake is clean protein ( casein shakes,chicken ,fish,etc) , brown rice , whole wheat noodles , fruits , veggies , Greek yogurt , steel cut oats, protein bars ,etc .Definetely no cheat days . So I'm loading up but can't put weight on . Currently 6'3" and 214. I'm losing inches in the waist and abs , getting more muscle and strength . I just can't and want to bulk more .

    Sups consist of

    Gnc amp casein
    KATALYST glutamine
    MHB probolic
    Performix and neon pre workout
    Performix and ISOPURE BCAA's

    I currently work out 6-7 days a week and zero cardio . Workouts are between 1.5-2 hours every day .

    Any suggestions on foods to add or other suggestions ?

    are you really eating atleast 4k calories or just estimate ?

    Literally 4k . I had to keep bumping up higher in order to stop losing weight . I started 3 months ago and weighed 228.

    Bench - 315
    Squat -405
    Deadlift -425
