Hey all .
I'm currently taking in 4-5k calories a day . All intake is clean protein ( casein shakes,chicken ,fish,etc) , brown rice , whole wheat noodles , fruits , veggies , Greek yogurt , steel cut oats, protein bars ,etc .Definetely no cheat days . So I'm loading up but can't put weight on . Currently 6'3" and 214. I'm losing inches in the waist and abs , getting more muscle and strength . I just can't and want to bulk more .
Sups consist of
Gnc amp casein
KATALYST glutamine
MHB probolic
Performix and neon pre workout
Performix and ISOPURE BCAA's
I currently work out 6-7 days a week and zero cardio . Workouts are between 1.5-2 hours every day .
Any suggestions on foods to add or other suggestions ?
