I can't specify any further than drug offences, by no means a huge quantity but serious enough I'm clinging on to the fact I am clean, employed and started full time university this year to earn a second chance.

no idea. Based on similar cases I could guess up to 18 months worst case scenario. Would be minimum to medium security.

I would be leaving behind a long term GF, a 400k mortgage and 25k in personal loans. They can freeze those here though. This gave me a great deal of Relief.

different system here, anything under 6 months is usually a good behavior bond of sorts where any indiscretion gets your ass hauled in.

Time is usually halved with parole. **** parole though. I want to travel again

Look at it this way. Sure you may have screwed up and maybe the future will be not as good, but you don't have to worry about bills or going to work ... or girls playing games lol I could go on. For me it was easy I had some funny vatos in my cell and we just cracked jokes and laughed all day and talked for hours. And they let me read my bible. Always try to make the best out of any situation
