    Exclamation bulking diet

    IS there a certain amount of meals, snacks a day i should be eating, or just enough to hit my macros and calorie intake goals?

    Hitting your calories and macros is the most important thing.
    Eating a protein rich meal (30-40g+, depending on your bodyweight and the protein source) every 3-5 hours will maximize muscle protein synthesis.

    Anywhere between 3 to 6 protein rich meals per day will be fine.

    If you want to strive for maximum results 4 to 5 meals spread over the day may be optimal.
