It's tiring man. Staying cut all year long is not really realistic for most. Some guys have very fast metabolisms and will remain cut regardless, but for the average guy, it's not comfortably maintainable.

Feels great not being all bloated and puffy, clothes feel looser which is nice for me can't stand wearing tight chit, less sweating throughout the day, not to mention it looks 10000x better than being fluffy to the majority of people
downside for me was being hungry a lot and energy problems, I took a stim break after I had gotten to my leanest and my energy levels were fukked even when I was no longer cutting and just maintaining. Thought it was just caffeine withdrawals but even after like 3-4 weeks I was still so damn tired but I always got a really noticeable boost of energy after eating, body just seemed to use everything

vegan ******* here, I look like I lift and very aesthetic @ 9% with a fitted shirt. Mileage may very for narrow shoulder brahs. I felt tired, hungry and food obsessed. But if your single and young I still heavily recommend it just from the confidence it brings more then the attractiveness.
If your old and married, just eat heartily, no one cares about your abs as much as you do.
