I am getting the same. I think it has more to do with me sitting at my PC more lately though. Arms bent with pressure on the elbows can inflame nerves.
My strength is up too, putting even more stress on them. Finally got back to benching 265x5 recently. Old PR is 275x6 Hopefully my shoulder and elbows hold out long enough to hold hereOne party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Unrelated fat ass note - I've been IFing so hard that even after a massive 1500 cal dinner I still have 450-500 cals to eat before bed each night this week. Been crushing candy bars from the shop across the street. Sucks they're so close but weight down each day this week lol. Got 3 weeks until EDC happens, therefore three more weeks left on my cut. I'm down 8 pounds.... was hoping at this point I would be down 12 pounds. However, the last month I drank twice a week lol. No fuks given though. I'll dig a little harder these last three weeks and completely avoid achohol, which is easier since college ended. We are going to make it brahs!

Been going down the taco bell menu and fitting a meal into my macros every couple days or so. Never tried taco bell before this, thought it was going to be complete crap. Food's pretty good, macros suck compared to Chipotle/Qdoba though. Quesalupa is on point. If you're looking for something with slightly better macros/higher protein, go for the Cantina Power Bowl. Basically a poverty Chipotle/Qdoba bowl.

My appetite has been chit lately. I am doing IF and IIFYM, but getting in the protein I need has been a bish. There is only so much pizza etc that I can eat before I am down to that last 75g of protein and little fat and carbs to fill. Couple days I had to fill my calories with carbs just to make it through the day. No idea what's wrong with me.

Lost 1.5kgs at first week back to cut. (had to postpone it due to studying, mind was foggy as fuuu). Had a ~3000-3500 cheat day later yesterday. Not hungry this morning. Seems like I've finally set myself in a good mental place to cut and not binge like a maniac. Reps where I can shove them

I've been kind of similar lately. Was low on protein yesterday and finished off my calories with a couple bowls of special K at like 11pm last night.
But when I eat during the day I just feel constantly hungry, so I guess this is a better problem to have. For a while I was having an egg white and whey protein shake with 100g of protein right when i got home from work, which made hitting the protein goal no sweat. Might start that again.*SCC*
