100g raw chicken breast will ALWAYS be 100g raw chicken breast

100g cooked chicken breast can differ depending on how it's cooked. Grilled, roasted, sauteed, etc.

Goes for any meat, even fattier cuts of beef that lose fat as you cook them. There's no good way to measure the amount of fat lost, so you'd be better off using raw measurements

That being said, I don't even weigh meats anymore. Just eyeball and estimate calories

It sucks taking measurements when you're getting closer to single digits. I can't believe how much smaller everything is, but on the plus side I look better, and pretty much maintained all my strength.

Hopefully getting back to bulking in another month will bring things back to normal.

insane how efficient my body has become at storing fat. yesterday ate half a sandwich, half a burger with some fries, 2 scoops whey, 2 beers and one cocktail, boom plus 2 lbs. even with cutting supps, a workout, and 2 miles walking
