oh man you guys think PSMF is hard?
I just discovered EXTREME PSMF. GOAT Cutting regime can't believe I didn't come across this sooner. Gonna start this SATURDAY. its goal is to lose up to 6.6 lbs of fat in only 4 DAYS!
Basically, its PSMF coupled with 8 hours of LISS cardio per day. About 20 miles walking. The goal is to create a 5000/cal per day daily deficit around 90%. Gonna get shredded so fast guise. Hello sweet cutting gains of 2016.

so i take it no one here likes cardio before lifting? i thought 5-10 min before lifting session would be a good way to get the heart rate pumping / keep metabolism going strong throughout the workout. by the end of the workout i'm too tired to do anything but pathetic level cardio
according to the scale i'm down 4 lbs last two days. but i don't believe that, prob just water fluctuation. fuark forgot to take my EC this AM and ate a massive lunchactuals B: 225x5 S: 305 D: 325x3

Been doing unintentional IF the last few days and I quite like it.
-1 big meal with coffee when i wake up at 11
-gym at 1pm
-2nd big meal after workout around 2:15pm
-work from 3 to 11
-sip on coffee, diet soda and monster when on break
-come home and straight to bed
-repeat
both meals are around 1.2-1.5k cals.
fuk this life, no excitement, only live for the weekends where i destroy back and chest, we lamb now!

Shreds are slowly coming but it seems like im plateauing or it could be water weight. Ill probably start doing cardio now until june. Hoping to hit 10%

btw in regards to that 8 hours of LISS thing I'm sure my body has undergone some similar **** when Im traveling and just walking around the city all day. Would basically be like doing the Trolltunga Hike I did in Norway half a year ago (22km) but not as much food obviously.

Ive came up with a new PSMF
only consume leucine to stimulate muscle protein synthesis (no need for vegetables as you wont actually be eating food so no fiber needed). Take multivitamin+minerals and 6G fish oil. Do a weekly protein refeed to avoid protein deficiency and a carb refeed never because youre not trying hard enough if youre not hypo 24/7. Instead of ECA you now do MCA - meth coke and ********(works great on beta2 receptors)

I warm up with cardio for around 10mins before lifting, gets my heart rate up, start sweating, get into it, the music, then make my way to the weights and lift chit up and down while looking at myself in the mirror thinking "u gonn be a sick kunt m8 just u w8"
