Dunno how to interpret this. I talked to several people and none of them get sluggish after a shower with hot water so shouldn't be normal ?... then again I go to really hot water



cant believe I was this dumb brah.. in the 10th grade out of shape as phuck I would come home, eat 8 bananas (strong amount of simple carbs) at once then take an hour long hot shower and after that be confused why my body crashes with no energy left even though I have had enough sleep the previous night

so blood sugar crash much knowledge about nutrition

Damn went to sleep with my veins exploding out of my arms. Woke up this morning shredded as ****. Abs were popping out in the morning without flexing. Kinda tempting to keep this PSMF going. Made same great gains over last year. 6-7 lbs heavier then i was last year in august but more shredded. Das it.

I'm pretty sure I have a six pack (plus the two tiny abs looking muscles between the chest) but due to slight loose skin and always carrying a bit of lower ab fat, I can't see those lower abs without pushing the skin to the side. Haven't worked out since Monday though, but am hoping to hit abs and legs tonight.
