McNuggets with BBQ sauce and fries. Or if cutting, double doubles. I can't remember the last time I ate McDonald's though
Lolz at nips Q. I have no idea about the NBA, I haven't followed it since the Jordan days. I seem to recall seeing the Warriors were good this year though?

You forget, rarely do females enter this thread. On the chance they do, they're not going to answer that question unless they're just wanting attention.
Looking like Spurs or Golden State. I don't follow NBA much, but what I do follow, indicates one of them. Too bad they can't play each other in the finals.

What coverage and commercials?...I'm on the cord cutter time . The only time I see live TV is at the gym in the cardio area, and 90% of the time the TVs are on GSN showing Deal Or No Deal...srs

The easiest would probably be getting an Amazon Fire stick, hack it, and install Kodi. Kodi is like Netflix...kinda, only the streams aren't exactly legal. The problem is live sports. If you need ESPN and whatnot, look into Sling TV

Checking in to the new thread!! Hey hey OP
My fav way is roasted chicken...so juicy! I keep it simple, using just seasoned salt and olive oil. I also roast onions, potatoes and carrots with it. Easy prep and the oven does all the work for you!

At my heaviest, I was 230lbs of just flab, and I cut all the way down to 155lbs....looked like a stick. That was a few years ago though. I've since cut/bulked quite a bit, and have put on a fair amount of mass. I just recently started another cut, was 200lbs at New Years, sitting at 184lbs as of Sunday. So yeah, I'd say good results

I don't. I need to make more time for stretching and the like. Used to use a racquetball on my back, and it felt good. One day I won't travel so much, and I'll be able to get more time in my home gym.

Nope. The only books I read were Famous Five, Secret Seven, and Tom Sawyer when I was young. Perhaps if I read something now it'd make me cry.

When you come home after a cardio session, what is the first thing you do? Go to the bathroom and wash your hands and face or go straight to the kitchen and open the fridge?

I have a whenever to whenever job. Most work days, I start work around 9. If I'm at the office I try to take off by 1600. If I'm on the road, I'm working as long as I need to, so that I can finish and get back home.
Yes. I'd love to get out of the race. I'm going to put some money into real estate I think. My buddy does really well with it (34 and hasn't had a job that he has to have for three years now) and he's going to help me with the first couple. No charge, just be there to be his best man in April.
Bro, that curly/wavy hair, I have those feels as well. Orange (#4) on top keeps it from getting out of control though.
Had ground buffalo chicken salad. Its pretty much what I'll have for lunch and dinner the next few weeks.
