Wife and I are both generally losing weight right now. For lunch we have planned a cheat meal today so want to 'be good' for breakfast. I said we should stick to our paleo two rashers of bacon plus an egg. My claim is it is still only about 160calories. She says no we should eat musili and not eat a fatty breakfast. My brain vaguely remembers musli can be around 500calories?? Please tell me she's wrong..

You've been around since 2012..you know how this works..nobody cares about the actual food you eat but the calories/macros.
You don't need a "Cheat" meal, you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits your macros.
