    how long does it take for foods nutrients to enter bloodstream ?

    how long does it take after consuming the following foods for amino acids to be flowing in the bloodstream, and also how long will the amino acids "last" in the bloodstream so they can be used during weight-training ?

    - Twinlab amino fuel 1000
    - chicken breast
    - whey protein

    depends on how complex the food is to breakdown, your body can only use monosaccrides, so it has to break everything down to them.....alot of it is relative to the person too
