Hey,
Im starting Keleis routine, since my goal is hypertrophy/mass. I weight 78kg, 176cm tall, BF about 19%
I calculated my actvity factor on 1.5, (increse decrease depend on the weight gain on each months, to see if its correct).
So for the mass/hypertrophy, is this a good amount of macros, or is there something you would like to suggest?
195g Protein(2,5 x 78, since emma leigh suggested higher protein intake for hypertrophy)
85g Fat
401 Carbs. Now this confuses me. Is this carbs enough for a activity factor of 1.5, since my goal is mass/hypertrophy?
