I've never tried this product. The only products I've tried are MuscleSport Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin and I've done dextrose powder mixed with BCAAs mid workout. I prefer a product with a solid HBCD cluster and not a product with cheap sugars and powders.

How long have you been training, what are your goals?
I've been training religiously since 2012 and I've been competing in natural bodybuilding since last year. I'm currently bulking to build a better package for stage next year. I won my pro card last year and I'm eyeing my first pro show, as well as, a couple other pro qualifiers in different federations, so I've set some big goals for myself.

I've used AAEFX's Karbolyn for quite a while but I've only used it during my really hard sessions like legs and back. What I did like about this product was that it helped to fuel my workouts as legs & back are intense and longer sessions for me. But I see that Glycofuse's carbohydrate source is different than what Karbolyn has, so I'm really curious to see how the two compare to one another.

How long have you been training, what are your goals?

I've been training since I was in high school but back in those days, I honestly didn't know all that much about what I was doing. It was around 4-5 years ago where I really started to get serious about everything and do a lot more information searching outside of the gym. I've picked up so many informative tips & information that has made a world of difference in my physique and with my diet. And I'm always interested in learning more about nutrition and supplementation because I feel like there is always so much new information out there.

My favorite is Karbolyn, because of its mixability and flavors, but I have tried just your basic unflavored waxy maize.

How long have you been training, what are your goals?
I have been training seriously for about five years. My goal is to one day compete in a powerlifting meet, but I also want to look aesthetic!

I've read nothing but good stuff about this supplement and I would definitely love to give this a try and utilize
it combined with my PW and 1 scoop combined with my intra-workout bcaa's. I tried out two containers back
to back of SIZE ON late last year because I had a lot of people outside of the forums who I help with supplement
advice ask me about SIZE ON so I figured let me try it since I had never used it and I really saw what intra-workout
carbs could do with enhancing your workout. It helped keep muscles energized throughout your workout, pumps were
definitely enhanced, and better recovery was felt after a couple of weeks.

I've been a long time user of waxy maize and I only use it mixed with my PW and I train first thing in the a.m.
on an empty stomach and I feel it helps with the mix ability of the PW, helps with shuttling the ingredients into
your system quicker, and it just feels better to have something else in your stomach with the PW when you train
first thing in the morning. Over the years I've used a few brands of it ON, Dymatize, Muscle Feast, and PrimaForce.

How long have you been training, what are your goals?
I'm a veteran in the iron game and I've been training over thirty years and it's just part of my life style which I LOVE!!!
My goals are pretty much the same as anyone who's been training a long time Stay injury free, maintain as much muscle,
and keep fat levels to a minimum and of course try to better your last workout by either getting a few more reps with
your heaviest weight or just raise the intensity to make your workouts more challenging.

Been train since was in service since age 17 now 40. Goals are to sty injury free like everyone should and trying to get under 10% body fat for first time ever.

Tried Karbolyn 3 years ago and just tried a sample of Carbion. This summer was using Aminolast intra for intensive yoga followed by lifting for max reps. Goal is to look as vascular as Rich Gaspari & with glutes as toned as Ms Bikini Olympia

First one I used was vitargo-it was very thick and tasted bad and thus was hard to get down.

Karbolyn - was great and taste and mixablity was also great. no cons.

Carbion + - This was my go too. multi carb complex and also Electrolytes.

Also love CELL-TECH- which is somewhat of a carb drink.

I have been training for over 20 years. Lasted this long- Because I love the sport. My goals are to bulk up alittle.

I would of thought this would be pages long with apps but I guess even in the winter people FEAR carbs
or have never tried carbs intra-workout and don't know how EFFECTIVE it is.

I don't normally train with carbohydrate products but I see more and more people advise that they can be very beneficial for harder sessions. I'd love to use this during days like legs where I know I train for quite a lengthy amount of time. So while I don't normally use carbohydrate products, I have tried a few samples from a few companies. I've used Karbolyn by ProSupps, Karbolyn from All American EFX, and Super Carb from NutraBio. Karbolyn and Super Carb were different sources but when I used samples of each, the time between using them was so long that I really can't compare the two types. I did notice though that I had more energy while using all 3 samples during my workouts as I felt like I was able to go a bit longer as I had more fuel in my system.

How long have you been training, what are your goals?

I have been training for over 10 years now. It began in high school when I first started lifting for baseball. As I transitioned into college, my roommates and I got into a great gym routine. After college though is when I really started to ramp things up. I didn't really have my nutrition on point in high school or college but once I started living on my own and preparing my own meals, I started to figure things out a bit more and realized how important nutrition was in reaching my goals. I know that there are a lot of improvements that I could still make but I know that I am light years ahead of where I was when I first started.

I have tried Post Jym Carb, Karbolyn, and Super Carb. The pros were that are taste great. The Super Carb had the best and most interesting flavors of the three. For cons, Post Jym Carb and Karbolyn are not HBCD.

GlycoFuse has a similar profile to Super Carb so I have high hopes for it!

How long have you been training, what are your goals?

My goals are to increase strength, add lean mass, and maintain a body fat around 10% or just below. I have been training since high school so almost six years now, though there were some breaks in that 6 years. I also played varsity athletic, briefly in college and all of high school, so there was lots of exercise and training involved with those programs. Exercise has been and will always be an integral part of my life.
