Hi, i have a weak chest and was wondering what i can do to improve. I was half heart training at a gym for about a year until i start getting serious 8 months ago. training at least 3x a week, eating better, and bought myself a power rack/bench to concentrate on compounds to build a base. All my lifts are fine except my chest feels like it is lagging. I concentrate on contraction but still not much growth plus not gaining much strength. what should I be doing? i'm 17

Well i have a similar problem.My arms are looking great but my chest are lacking (as the width of my lats too) ... I thought it was my bad form since for my first 5 months i wasnt doing full range of motion so i thought thats the problem but not fully ... I am still kinda skiny (170 lbs for a 6 foot guy),so when i reach some ammount of weight that will change ...
In other words,its maybe because you still need to gain more weight or bad form (which i doubt) ...
I was thinking,why dont you do chest twice a week? One heavy day and one light day ... Check this video below ...
