whatsup. im an ectomorph and i recently got obsessed with bodybuilding. i have been very consistent in my training and reaching my daily caloric surplus for about 8 months now. ive added about 20lbs to my frame and im still under 12% bodyfat.
problem is that my diet is lacking diversity in different foods. every meal is the exact same or slightly different. brown rice with meat(chicken, fish, beef, eggs etc). ya EVERY meal... breakfast lunch and dinner. im still young so i only eat what my mom cooks. i barely eat any fruits n veggies or any other foods. i occasionally eat junk food to reach my caloric surplus but not to often. protein and creatine are the only supplements im taking atm. i think my diet is very unbalanced in nutrients?
im in uni and have a part time job so i dont got too much money to spend. i was wondering if a multivitamin, fish oil, bcaas or any other supplements are worth my money, and if so which ones? i know these supplements are NOT essential in building muscle, but will i notice a big difference adding these supplements to my diet? whenever i do research on this topic i just find mixed opinions on them either being a complete waste of money, or an essential in fitness.
will i notice a big difference adding these supplements to my diet in my situation? or is it not worth my hard earned money?

All companies will take your hard earned money. Only a rare few might actually return it, no questions asked, if you aren't 100% satisfied. Universal and Animal is one of those few. It's a way of standing behind the products and a way to build trust with the consumer.
Will you see or feel a big difference using some of the products you mentioned? Only if you have some really bad nutritional gaps. For the most part, many supplements are nothing more than insurance to help gaps in your diet or nutritional goals.New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal

i concluded that i wont buy any new supplements yet.
but am i missing anything else important in my diet besides fruits n veggies? my new diet would just be 1 protein shake daily, brown rice, greens, and meats every meal 5 times a day. i know nothing about macros as i am new to dieting as my only focus before was getting enough calories a day. but now that i can reach my caloric surplus np i feel like i can improve some more

Take a look at the nutrition section. No need for supplements if your diet is good.
