I was sent a 5 serving sample of the soon to be released Ronnie Coleman's Yeah Buddy Pre Workout Electric Lemonade to review and I am going to run a 5 day mini log here for all to follow.I will be posting my thoughts on the stim effects that I notice. I do have a high stim tolerance and as you can see Yeah Buddy is loaded with stims.

Focus Choline Bitartrate 500mgs & Theacrine 50mgs
Energy Caffeine Ahydrous & PharmaSure SR Time-Release Caffeine 420mgs
YEAH BUDDY BOMB BLEND Synephrine HCl,Higenamine HCl,Phenylethylamine, Adhatoda Vasica, & Yohimbine HCl

You know I'm IN and I'll be cracking my container open probably on my next workout which will be on legs
where I like high stims. The only ingredient I'm not familiar with is the Adhatoda Vasica so I'll be googling it
see what this is?

Just googled it and Adhatoda Vasica is supposed to be good for aiding your breathing, so lets see how good
it is on heavy breathing squats.

Pumps-10/10 Albeit this has 500mgs of Agmatine & 1 gram of L-Citrulline but I do attribute the great pumps from the high reps and stretches. I will address in final review

Energy creeps up on me. It's pretty calm to begin with but when it does kick in, you will fully feel it.It gives me energy that lasted even after my workout is done. So far after 2 times using it, I have not noticed any crash.

I used it once and I noticed that same feeling where it kind of creep ups on you but I'm looking forward to
trying it out on back/trap/ab day when it's a day off from work so I can really test how long the energy last
and will be posting up my feedback in my mini review thread that I started yesterday but I won't be using it
everyday cause I rotate my PW supplements each and every workout. It mixed and tasted pretty good.

Today I added 500mgs of agmatine to my YEAH BUDDY.This stuff is strong already and with the added agmatine the pumps are way more noticed too.

Finisher FS/DC-Squat in bottom position for 60 sec

I added 500mgs of agmatine again today.

Energy/Focus The energy and focus is great and I have experienced no tolerance issues.
Pumps The added agmatine definitely helped pumps and muscle fullness.
Endurance The Beta alanine and stims allowed me to hit all my reps with no problems.

Energy/Focus Rating 10/10 This is where this product shines.The energy and focus I got was great.The best part about is was I experienced no jitters nor crash.

Pump Rating 7/10 I think that the pump aspect can be improved upon. I would like to see either 500mgs more of agmatine or 2 grams more of L-Citrulline added to this for muscle pumps.

Endurance Rating 9/10 With all the stims in this, my endurance was great.I nailed all reps & sets easily.

Over All Rating 8.5/10 I really like the stim effect that I got from this and I would recommend this to friends who are looking for an effective stim product.
