    What's up with the skinny guys who only work their legs?

    I've noticed quite a few skinny guys who every time they're in the gym are either doing squats or leg press. I see them 6 months later and they look exactly the same. What is the goal for these guys?

    They probably play sports that require strong legs but don't benefit from a large upper body that much (i.e. soccer, long distance running, etc).

    When I use to train for track I used to go in and smash legs. Heavy squats, lounges.. the lot.
