Wanting to add Tabata sprints, currently lift 3 times a week have a day for cardio and play ice hockey on the weekend.
Would it be more beneficially to do these sprints after my normal lifting? giving me an extra rest day.
or do them on a separate day cardio day
how many times a week should these be done 1 or twice a week? or after every session?
tried it once last week felt sick afterwards, but in a good way
