So I started this routine like 2 weeks ago.
Basically its a full body routine, starting with 45 second rest between each set, and starting with around 40-50% of your 1rm, done 3 times a week.
The aim is to decrease rest periods before adding weight, so on day one you do 45 seconds rest , on day 2 you do 30 seconds rest with same weight, day 3 you do 15 seconds rest. - day 4 you add weight and start with 45 seconds rest. and so on.
the exercises can vary but heres a staple one I use:
Bench Press
Seated Cable/Machine rows
Cable overhead tricep extensions
bicep curls
lateral raises
Deadlift / squat (alternating every week or every session)
thoughts on this for natty lean bulk - for 5 years experienced lifter?

I'm not experienced enough to give you a precise answer but I think it would be ridiculously difficult to get 8x8 squats with heavy weight on a 15 second rest. Personally, I need at least 90 seconds rest before going into the next set.
The build-up will probably get you accustomed to short rest times but I still think the weight you'd be doing will be too far from your max to produce strength gains. Just my opinion.dy/dx (Weight Loss) = Calories
Goals:
Squats: 275 5x5
Bench: 225 4x6
Pendlay: 205 4x6 (Achieved)
Deadlift: 315 5x5 (Achieved
