Whey protein isolate is a great idea for someone who is lactose intolerant. Check out Dymatize ISO-100. Pure isolate, quality, and some delicious flavors to boot.

Like the others have said, stick to an isolate.
I'm lactose intolerant and I stick with MyProtein Impact Whey Isolate.

Stick to an isolate if you can, I am LI as well and do pretty well just taking in an isolate.

So many options I do see I should stay with an isolate. I would love to possibly try some samples first. I just want to make sure what I get tastes good for me. I'm looking at ISO-100 and BPI ISOHD and Blue Star ISO that seems to be what most people are liking. Any chance for some samples?
