02-02-2016, 10:25 AM #32How to stay MOTIVATED: Take it one day at a time, surround yourself with positivity, create a vision board, make S.M.A.R.T. goals, reward yourself, BELIEVE in yourself, acknowledge your positive attributes, recognize your progress, visualize accomplishing your goals, be kind to yourself, and above all - DON'T COMPARE yourself to others.

Troof. Just all make sure you are drinking plenty of water. That's why you get headaches on this.

After you've done something like this, it's not hard to make the jump to addy, especially when everyone else in school is doing it. Honestly, addy isn't any more intense than this combo overall. Lasts longer and motivation feels are stronger, but dis chit hypes you up way more. Obviously you have to take tolerance into account, but still, you aren't gonna hurt yourself any extra with that stuff.
One time probably is more ok, but I did the normal protocal where you work up to 3 times a day. Also did it for whatever the recommended length of time was. 8 weeks if I remember correctly."You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength"- Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius
