Is this a decent bulk diet?

Hi all, I am currently 6'3 and 165lbs around 14-15% bodyfat. I was very skinny when I started working out (around 120 lbs about 2 years ago). Since I started lifting I have never really followed a diet and eat out very often and have made some muscle and fat gains. However, I have been stuck around 165- 170lb range for around 6 months so I have decided to clean up my diet for some lean bulk gains. This is what my current diet consists of :

    2x Protein Shakes
    - 2 scoops whey
    - 5 scoop Peanut butter
    - 500ml milk

Macros from each shake: 1000 cals, around 80g protein, 50g carbs and 30gish fat
    So 2x = 2000 cals, 160g protein, 100 carbs and 60g faat

Pasta or Rice with vegetables (This meal usually consists of around 1000 cals, around 100ish carbs and very low protein)

    - another 500 cals from either eggs or sometimes oatmeal.
I try to hit around 3500 cals a day.

I find the shakes really convenient as they are very quick to make. Are there any tweaks I should make to this diet? Thank you.

Does your diet (not pills) cover the RDA of micronutrients and does it contain >30 gram fiber?

Are you getting a sufficient amount of vitamins & minerals from the foods you are eating.

If you're eating 3500 calories a day 20-25g of fiber is far from optimal.
