its super easy, my neck is way way more sensitive than my balls for shaving. i just use a normal 2 blade razor and soap in the shower, you could use shaving cream but I havent needed it.

I personally dont use a shave crem but it is nice to warm the are via shower before shave, this way your pubes will get softer..
