Not sure if srs either. He's 210lbs at 5'11. Yes he's got a lot of muscle but you're not gonna look like a total goon. Plus he's lean with a small waist so the muscle looks good rather than some ugly unsymmetrical physique.
Misc standards of fukin piss, I swear this place is full of potatoes who "lift" yet have never once been exposed to bodybuilding IRL.

Hard to say as people carry fat and store it differently. Also depending on thickness of abdominals. For instance I'm at over 250 about 14% and abdominals still show.
I'd say 10%. If you used a bio electric impedance machine results vary between 3-5% in terms of bf.
Also you are supposed to take it first thing in the morning with no food, caffeine or anything in the system.

If you really care to know your bf% get a DEXA Scan.
Yeah, most miscers can't tell bf% for sh*t but I don't trust a BI machine much more than them. Ultimately, who cares what the number is... it's more important how you look. Some dudes store fat better than others and can look better and leaner at higher bf%.
