Not sure if srs either. He's 210lbs at 5'11. Yes he's got a lot of muscle but you're not gonna look like a total goon. Plus he's lean with a small waist so the muscle looks good rather than some ugly unsymmetrical physique.

Hard to say as people carry fat and store it differently. Also depending on thickness of abdominals. For instance I'm at over 250 about 14% and abdominals still show.

I'd say 10%. If you used a bio electric impedance machine results vary between 3-5% in terms of bf.

Also you are supposed to take it first thing in the morning with no food, caffeine or anything in the system.

Unless you get a DEXA scan, Hydrostatic weighing, or Bod-pod, chances are the test isn't that reliable. OP probably did a bioelectrical impedence test which is in no way reliable. The margin of error is ~3-4% which is pretty significant when you're talking about the difference between 6% and 10% bf.

I trust a machine over some dumb miscer who thinks he can eyeball to within 1% on a dude who isn't even wearing shirtless. Nobody is saying the machine is perfect. No such thing as perfect. EXCEPT for, apparently, miscers who can tell you with EXTRAORDINARY ACCURACY from just a few grainy, half-clothed, potato iphone pics, using the height of modern technology: THEIR OWN FUKCING EYEBALLS LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Highly recommend getting a DEXA Scan. Check with local University Exercise Science programs as well as local Spine/Sport/Joint Physicians. My DO does mine for free and from everything I have read, they are about as accurate as it gets. Good luck!

Yeah, most miscers can't tell bf% for sh*t but I don't trust a BI machine much more than them. Ultimately, who cares what the number is... it's more important how you look. Some dudes store fat better than others and can look better and leaner at higher bf%.

I have been mildly depressed for the past 9yrs. suicidal for many months in the past. If anything with me being on raises my confidence which radiates through everything I do making me feel less depressed.
