Hey,
I have been researching for a fat burner to take while i cut, i will test run the burner for a month and see what results i end with.
I have seen Man Scorch come up with pretty decent reviews.. is it worth buying? or is there definitely better, if so, what?
Cheers

For sure man, if your diet is in check and you're looking for a little edge you're the exact target market (ideally) for fat-burners
There are a lot of decent options around now. What you really want from one of these products is appetite suppression and energy, because when dietary adherence becomes easier on you weight loss will as well.
I'm a fan of PEScience Norcodrene,

It is a great appetite suppressant and gives a good, smooth stim effect for myself and many others.PEScience representative and associate.

Hydroxycut Hardcore Next GEN gets very favorable feedback from consumers. Be sure to follow the label's beginning instructions if you purchase because the product is strong. It complements a calorie deficit very nicely. Steady energy and appetite suppression.

Shift is a caffeine-free, yohimbine-free burner. Forskolin 95% (body composition), synephrine (appetite suppression), olive leaf extract (thyroid booster), hemerocallis fulva (synergistic with forskolin), grains of paradise (activates brown fat), and rhodiola (adaptogen). Can be used solo or stacked with a stimmed burner (don't stack with something that contains additional synephrine or more than 320mg caffeine though).

EC is tried and true but it requires some care in my opinion. I used it once and was leery about doing cardio in the heat (running outside in the summer for example). Noticed more sweating and increased heart rate but weight did seem to drop much quicker than previous cuts.
In the end though I preferred to not run the risk and stopped using it going forward.
