Between my fiancee and I we make around 180K + bonus and commissions. We also live rent free in a condo (she's in property management). Our total bills equals to around 2k a month....we live very comfortable (I like to spend money more than she does) and we still can save 10k a month easy.

Was coming to post basically this. 100K is less than what my brother and his wife make combined (I think its 130 ish) and they are not living it up.....at all. 3 kids, 2 car loans, 2 home loans (they rent one of them out) and massive student loans.
In about 10 years they will be very well off but for now they are tapped out.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

100K/year with no mortage, no debt is pretty good. Theirs really nothing you can't buy (besides cars and homes). Thats roughly $8K/month
$500 on gas + food, $800 on rent, $100 on phone, $150 insurance. So roughly $1600/month on bills and then $6.4K extras every month to buy whatever the fck u want. Trips, TVs, Xbox, bikes, ATVS.

Where you live will dictate your answer...
Guy from Tennessee said he's comfortable...
I live in San Diego aka the best city to NOT get rich in America...
Make right at 100K...
still need a roommate....
but I want to live in a nice neighborhood...
My rent $3400 for 3 bedroom house (Quietest, nicest neighborhood near downtown)
I could go east and get a 5 bedroom house for the same...but poverty and traffic...no thx jeff
