Strated wearing a belt on most exercises now, used to only use them for squats and deadlifts but damn they feel good on any exercise where i am loading up the bar and going heavy. Back used to be fried doing things like curls, ohp, lateral raises etc now my back feels good as new leaving the gym feelsgudman
