Preworkouts without beta alanine

I'm sure its been asked before just want to see an updated list....

I still use BA but I dose it in bulk at night, cause 9/10 times when I take it with preworkout I get tired/drained from it.

Really? I have never heard of fatigue being a side effect to acute BA supplementation, but not impacting chronic

Katana just updated the profile, but it has taurine which might also contribute to drowsiness, theres also Manik if you like a lot of stims as well as White Pipes from CL but it kinda sucks that it's a 2 scoop pre.

No beta alanine, only ingredients which have ACUTE performance benefits(ie you notice the effects right away) like potassium nitrate.

iForce MaxOut should definitely be on your radar. No beta alanine but provides you with clean, long lasting energy and intense focus.

I've read that Beta alanine can increase GABA so it might be related to that.

That would be impressive with 300mg caffeine, 75mg synephrine, and 250mg PEA.

If it does, I would honestly be super stumped as to why

Great choice here. Carbon Prep is another solid choice. Use a caff tab for a stim if you need one.

I have had this happen with high stim pre-workouts, not yours in-particular but it is possible, Usually just need a stim break to reset the adrenals from what i have found.

Yea if you aren't feeling something like Max Out I would definitely suggest taking a stim break. I honestly think more of us on here should take stim breaks more often...definitely a healthier way to go about exercise

Max Out is an excellent choice. Nitrates are what attract me the most to Max Out. That is something I absolutely will not train without anymore.

well, you dont need BA before your workout anyway. You can take it any time of day and get benefits.

This right here. Interesting enough, I have a few high stim pres like ferox amped, atp kinetic, Hypermax xt. I cycled them for a few weeks and boom hit the oh crap no feeling from ferox. In fact felt very bleh so I had sample packet of max out tried that and nothing. I knew it was time to go light on the stims. I've went down to a lighter energy drink or coffee, and pre either stim free or lowww caffeine till my tolerance gets back to normal
