Difficult price point for an incline/decline, you will need to spend more IMO. I don't know any companies in France other than the Hoist dealer (http://www.mjd.fr) but I think their stuff will be well over your price max.
You can look to Bodysolid Europe, or Barbarian Line will have something close-ish to your price (megaftitness in Germany).
Just be careful, as there´s plenty of lower line equipment that may "look good" but is generally too light weight for real use. Post what you are interested in, and you should get decent feedback.▪██─────██▪ Ivanko Barbell Crew #75 ▪██─────██▪

I think, in the 250€ range, you would be better off with something like this
http://www.megafitness-shop.info/Kra...nal--3650.html
I don't know anything about Kelton or DKN, but the Powerline model to me is just too lightweight. The Bodysolid version of that bench is "ok", but I would much rather the above Barbarian bench, especially considering the Bodysolid is 299€ (according to the body solid europe site).
For 200€ I would be looking only at a flat bench, I just don't think it is possible to get a good hardcore FID for less than 200€ - Unless buying second hand of course, but then I hardly ever see anything in the second hand market, not in the UK or Spain anyway, it might be different there in France.

In that case, that´s an even more difficult purchase for your budget. I didn´t realise you wanted a leg ext attachment included (didn´t see one on any of the options you linked either) - Unless you mean the foot rest for ab work and not the full leg ext attachment?.
The DKN looks OK, it looks similar to the Bodycraft - http://www.amazon.fr/DKN-Appareils-d...words=dkn+banc
BUT, the leg extension package is 119€ extra. Then you are back into Barbarian territory.
Unless you up the budget slightly (which I think you'll have to do, to get what you want - IF you want a serious bench) then you need to think really hard about it, you may end up with something you will need to upgrade in no time at all, or something "wobbly" which doesn't at all give confidence. Although of course, it depends on your goals.
Also, you really do restrict your choices if wanted leg extension attachment included.▪██─────██▪ Ivanko Barbell Crew #75 ▪██─────██▪

Personally, I would not buy DKN or Bodycraft over the Barbarian. I would spend more and get the Barbarian, without doubt.
I was just posting based on the models you had shown in your post, but I know nothing of the DKN - Bodycraft have a reasonable reputation, but I am not sure about that bench in question.

I had a similar issue, in that I wanted to be able to restrain my legs, on the flat bench I have.... So I fabricated a foot rest. a 25mm tube attached to the front leg, with padding on the 25mm tube (I actually cut that off an Adidas bench I owned, and fixed it to the flat bench).
If the leg restraint is that important to you, you should look at the other Barbarian bench which has an option for footrest, it is more money of course, but it also adds the option of full leg ext developer.
Regarding rack, if it were me, I would look at Rogue or ATX - The Rogue racks are however more desirable IMO, because they have many more attachments available, more reputation, and they are slightly cheaper than ATX if I remember correctly. It does however depend on your budget as ATX and Rogue are not the cheapest, if you search threads here you will also find that the Bodysolid GPR378 gets solid reviews (although it is in the cheaper range). It also depends whether you want a squat rack, half rack or full rack........ You would be better starting a new thread for a rack, to ensure the maximum amount of people know from the title, what you are looking for - Whilst people are going to read this thread and see you also want a rack, I think a fresh "rack thread" would get good feedback. But you should do some research, there is a lot of information available on racks, here on the forum already.
Str8out also gave a link to a thread you should read in #25, that was specific to France.
