Steroid or Shake!?
Right... To many, this may seem like the easiest thing to understand in the world... But to me, seeing as I haven't asked... I don't know...
So, what is the actual definition of steroid? And are steriods mixed up with shakes etc. Because I don't want to get involved in all the steroids and that rubbish, so how can I be sure that I am avoiding it? Thanks people

I believe you can buy superdrol legally. Not telling you to but I have heard of people buying it and not realizing it was a steroid. But no Whey protein, creatine, N.O. ect. are not in any way steroids.

True in the past, but with the FDA cracking down on PH and other organisations on steroids, I dont think any company wants to bring any more negative attention to supplements.

I can understand where he's coming from.I've heard some people who know absolutely nothing about nutrition,supplements,or bodybuilding, make some ignorant remarks.Like for example they overhear people talking about creatine or another product and they interrupt"All that stuff is nothing but steroids,why not do it natural?"I won't even bother to argue its like trying to teach a one legged man to kick.

I remember a year ago I almost bought methly-plex thinking it was a regular supplement. If I had followed through with that I could be messed up right now. 1AD was sold over the counter as well. People blew up and now they have gyno because they had no idea what they were doing.

How bout I just answer your question instead of making fun of you, but yes you should research these things first.
Steroids= artificial testosterone, jacks up test.
Shake= comprised of protein, amino acids, and nutritious ingredients.
