lol I see a lot of e90 but surprisingly not that many F30s. GTI's, C-class, mustangs, camaros, and G37s are everywhere in my area.

I don't wanna tell you your business or anything but you really shouldn't base a car purchase on how many of them are on the road. The number of them doesn't change how good or bad the car is to own/drive. Besides, with something like the GTI you can put the euro LED tails on, lower it and then put aftermarket wheel and spacers on and it'll be one of the badass enthusiast gti's vs the pleb stock ones you always see.

That's true I understand. There's a reason there's a lot of them on the road, they are definetly one of the top new cars you can get for your money sub 30k. I need to rethink this lol

WRX is still faster, brand new, cheaper to maintain, and manual. BMW nicer interior and exterior, luxury, and i heard good things about their 8 spd automatic, but you run the risk of getting a used lemon.

Also i think GTI is outta the picture for me, i love the way it looks but wayyyyyy to many people in my area has it. Prob one and 15 cars i see is a GTI. And the maintenance cost is prob similar to the bmw.

Need to start repping more people so I can rep you again. Probably rep random ppl in this thread haha. Thanks for the advice man
How much do you value performance? Me personally, I need a fast (or quick'ish) car. So I would take the wrx. I would hold out for a 335i, 435i or M3 if it were me. The 328i is a good car, but for me right now, at my age. I would choose the fun factor of the WRX over the comfy cruiser BMW.

The BMW has all-round better 'build quality' and feels better put together, that is where the extra money, over the WRX has gone to. The BMW is a better road trip car, comfier and has more tech inside the cabin. Yes, the auto gearbox is good. 15-20kmiles should be fairly safe, just make sure you bring a mechanic with you to look at the cars and get a CPO warranty.

    http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte.../Warranty.aspx

The WRX is brand new and you should not have any trouble for the first 3 years (from my experience). This will help with the budget. Also, for arguments sake, the AWD in the WRX is a better system.

PM me if you want anymore details bro.

I disagree, I would have a 5.0 GT mustang right now, if they weren't one of the most popular car on the road.

About fuel consumption, need to put oil in and flash the SMG software, yeah i've heard.
Not any more ridiculous than any other highly strung engine.
Only things that are somewhat in need of doing are the brakes and the exhaust. Stock ones have 2/1 calipers front/back and the exhaust is somewhat docile because of the emissions.
And people had problems realizing that it's not a DCT or an auto, so you need to drive it like a manual and lift when shifting so you dont ruin the clutch.

I just started looking at the 2016 Ford mustang ecoboost. For $22k you can get a 5 sec/ 310 hp car with the performance package (19 inch black rims and a lot more). WTF whats the catch? why are mustangs so cheap lol...

and the GT is under 30k lolwut

Yep, the ecoboost mustang is a good car, probably better than the V6, in my opinion.

The catch: If you get the ecoboost you have a 'stigma' along the lines of 'Real mustangs have v8's' "why did you get a 4 cylinder?' etc.

So basically its a social issue lol. Its up to you to decide if this is a big issue or if it is even true.

Pretty sure the v6 is the old engine, which sucks compared to the ecoboost. From everything I have heard the ecoboost is an amazing engine.

Only old *******s would hate on it.
