I worked in IT (still do) in a place like that before. Lot of government work with defense systems. Eye scanners and palm reader just to get into certain areas.

Push press. I wouldnt get too many competitors on the log press since only those with access to a strongman gym would tend to have that.

Yessir! I've always been a strict OHP kinda guy, but I can always fall back on old Olympic lifting skillz, modified jerk baby!

I do wonder how long until this comp tho...got a full PL meet in June and possibly another in October.

well so far ive received ai nutrition protein powder two products from blue star an scivation .
ai sports. there product showed up like 2 days after this comp was over . I was very surprised . the cinnamon roll protein powder has to be the best I have ever tasted. I also received birthday cake which is also pretty good . a little on the sweet side. they both mix excellent

blue star sent me there chocolate sin protein powder . good taste easy mixing . they also sent me there legacy series power xd creatine/muscle building/ energy pills . they sent me a 30 day supply and I will be ordering more after just a small amount of time they seem to be doing something but mostly I just love the pill form creatine . generic mono tastes like sh*t most creatine pills make you take like ten pills a day you only gotta take 4 of these for a decent dose 2 twice a day

scivation sent me there extend bcaas . mango an pineapple plus they threw in some free samples . the mango tastes friggin amazing .good product nice dose of bcaas per serving . so far ive been super pumped about what I have received . will leave review in the store section .

So far i have only received AI sports nutrition (5 serving protein container) which came within a few days after the comp ended as well. Nothing else showed up and only heard from a few reps. Not sure whats happening.
