do it If for no other reason it will be interesting to see how many more people will compete with you in the 242
PM me. I have had disabled lifters compete in these with no issues. Just a modification of the "feet on the floor" rule.
Thats okay, you and arn can fight it out.... good luck
sorry bro, no lift. you got to pause that bar and although the angle made it hard to tell it looked like your ass was sliding around. that is probably a dangerous thing to do lol.
aw fuk bye. It was enjoyable being in first for a little bit, anyway.
I think you are doing this to me on purpose. Good for 185@132. I only count the first three numbers cause I am lazy, so you are in the 132 class.
Are you actually struggling with that weight or just moving it slowly for the hell of it? lol you just seem to solid through the whole lift for it to be a grinding rep.
good for 305@172. strong leg drive starting the lift. I am trying to get that "hump" into the lift as well but I feel like I am breaking my spine when I do it.
Watching all videos meow. will update in a few minutes

Nailed that shyt. Good for 385@186
Oh yeah you are now my least favorite bencher Now I bet you are wondering if you would have gotten the 405 if you hadn't paused the 385 before it lol. to me though a paused controlled 385 is more impressive than a touch and go 405. Although since I cant even touch and go 365 either of those numbers is fairly nice to me.
Not 500 paused nice but still, not everyone can be arn I guess
And for my own laziness
VO2Maxima- 185@132

ImpressiveWhy do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Just to put in perspective... For the raw heavyweight flights I was in. I was the first lifter in my flight for every attempt for bench. Multiple 800lb raw squats and majority of deadlifts well over 700. I had the 4th or 5th heaviest deadlift with 760. 3 guys over 800. Strongest MFers I've ever seen lift in person. Most competitive meet I've ever been a part of. It was a blast to compete there.
