When is the contest over? I really should submit a video... My 460 @ 180 was done just before 2015 finished but I should hit a 470 @ 180 in early march for sure and likely 500 @ 180 either by end of the summer of before the year is done.

Any of you guys ever use candito's linear squat program for the bench press? I'm going to try it out, it seems like the different amount of reps/weight changing weekly would be interesting. Plus you have the option to max if u want every 6 weeks. Im very close to 315 so one cycle of his program and i should be there. Just wondering if any of you guys have tried it out for the bench press.

Okay. I'm done battling this video youtube monster. Disclaimers: It's a bit wide screen, distortiony cause phone or imovies or something. I have 2 lifts in the video because 115 went easier than planned but there is less of a pause on 125. I combined video cause by 11pm forgot the whole, show paper before lift... yeah. Still fun to try and next time I'm going to try direct to youtube from phone. Still have some weeks as working on body weight too, decrease, so we'll see how bench goes in different gym over the next couple of months.
Summary: Here is my attempt at 125 with a 136 body weight. (115 if the 125 doesn't count, I was honestly happy with both.)
