Just post up your lifts early. You'll get some time on the leaderboard. Once some miscer beats you by 10 lbs that will make you angry enough to get 15 more. I could get hit by a helicopter tomorrow, who knows.

Competition is healthy AF for gains, it makes you do things you are not comfortable doing. When you get in the zone where you are SRSly wondering if you can do it, then do it, then do it again..the results actually happen

That is what sucks about benchpress and losing weight. Most people can get their squat and deadlift to maintain but I think most people start to lose on the benchpress when cutting a lot of weight like that

Guys i have a question, since i have never competed before i have no idea how weight classes actually work. If i am 235 that would put me in the 242 class right? To compete at the 220 class i need to be 220 or lower right?

I've been lurking, total nooblet and I'd be in the heaviest class for women. Just started on Stronglifts 5x5 recently, so I know if any other girl's in the 186+ class, she'd kick my ass.
