I've been suffering with bad elbow joints lately. Especially going heavy on my bicep bar curls and forarm exercises.
I've had this problem in the passed and took an extra cod liver oil tablet or two which helped the pain go away.
Since its come around again my other half recommended glucosamine which is apparently a much stronger version of the cod liver oil tablet.
Its been four days since starting the glucosamine and the pain is gone.
Any one else use it on a regular basis?

look at the fishoil and glucosamine ( I use Animal Flex for joint support) but if this keeps happening you may need to look at your training and see if your form is off, too much weight, or a underlying issue you might not be aware of.

It's great for joint pain and for keeping them healthy in the long run. It quickly cured the dull ache I'd developed in my shoulders.
It is one of the standard supplements recommended/given to people who suffer from Arthritis so it makes sense really.
Glucosamine is the only workout supplement I take which my grandmother also takes
