Hi guys for the past 4 weeks ive been doing a new routine i read about in a book,called super squat routine.This is it..
benchpress 1x15
squat 1x20
dumbell pullovers 1 x 20
barbell rows 2x 15
....no,thats all there is to it!
I thought id try it after being on my previous shedule 4 about 3 months,anyway the main principle is,heavy high rep squats to failure.Ive managed to do 270 20 times and its agony.It works though and ive gained an inch on my legs and half an inch on my chest sinse i started.Have any of you guys ever tried this routine or one similar and had good results,I was a bit hesitant to start this routine as it seemed like such a small amount of exercises done only 2-3 times a week,but im glad i started it and hope to carry it on for another few weeks.Just thought id share that..peace

You should hear some of the success stories from people who have used this routine though they are amazing if to be believed.Like men going from 1401bs to 2201bs inside 2 years,probably exagerated i know but still must be some truth to it.
