nwskier taking talents to beach workout journal 2016

Lift Hard and often, and enjoy life!

Quick into, been on forums for quite a while. Most recently in Hexfecta journal and before that it was the Trifecta. And a bunch of individual journals before that.

An amazing new life opportunity uprooted me from the mountains to the beach this year. Now that i'm finally settled on the other side of the country and getting adjusted, it is time to get back at it!

Been battling through a few injuries over the past few years so there is room for improvements. But injuries are part of the game of life. As a testicular cancer survivor- 13 years now - (knocks on wood), motivation comes easy for me.

New gyms, new motivation, new opportunity. I may not be in my natural element right now, but I'm excited where life has taken me so let's get to it.

not sure, but think it was a bicep tendon strain or 'golfer's elbow' (I don't golf - it's just what it's called). Taking it easy right now before going hard on pullups again

It would have been cool to catch up there
Great place though ... I just loved South beach, and Miami ws a great break away from the cold after the week of skiing in Vail. Very cool that there are twice a day flights from Miami to Eagle so that gives you some nice options for some weekend powder hunting

doesn't look like you've had any loss of strength despite being busy with the job ... sick volume o the flat bench and you nailed a killer droplet on the inclines!
Any plans or goals from your training in Miami? Get the shreds on for the beach babes?
