    I actually prefer this site: http://www.bsu.edu/webapps/strengthlab/home.htm. Sometimes the exrx guy doesn't have the greatest form, and I think BSU is better in that regard, plus its easier to see the pics/videos of the lifts.

    It's probably in the stickey, too, somewhere, I haven't looked.

    sometimes that sites gives the wrong exercise though...like the power snatch and snatch are the same things (same with the power clean and clean)...all the good morning's they have are the same (even though there are about 3 different types but they are all the same on that site).
