    Holiday training?

I'm on holiday in a week and it's gonna be a week off training for me but I really shouldn't be having a week off because I feel I haven't got in the gym as much as I wanted.( 3 times a week, when it should be 5.)

What I really wanna know is, shall I take my supplements away with me i.e glutamine & cyclone. Or should I just relax and enjoy myself. I mean I've ate correctly for years now and you think having a week off "cheating" will do any harm?

Just a lil junk food and alcohol won't hurt. Right?

Unless you are a model or bodybuilder getting ready for a show I really don't think you need to worry about it. You should enjoy yourself once in a while, I am assuming the reason you like to look good is for personal satisfaction (ie. you are not an underwear model who has to look good all the time). I know how you feel now but there are more things to life than bodybuilding and you should have a balance. Don't remove yourself from everything else in your life so that you dont put on a few pounds, cause when you get older you will look back and regret not experiencing all the other things you could have and you can always lose a few lb's of fat later, you cannot go back and enjoy your holiday...
