Okay so I am starting the $250k challenge in a couple days and I am looking through a couple of the cutting programs and I am not quite sure which one I should pick. I have narrowed it down between Kris Gethins 12 Week trainer, Arnolds Blueprint for Cutting or possibly Le Lebrada's Lean program. I am partial to the first two, but I am also open to suggestions to other programs or insights to these ones. I am 5'9 260lbs, Bench 205, Squat 425lbs, deadlift 275lbs. I fairly active with Hockey 2x a week and I am in and out of the gym 3-4 a week. I have a fairly decent muscle mass under all my fat which is fairly high right now with some horrible eating habits that I have. Anyway let me know which one maybe best suited to me. I was pretty hard into the gym and lost a lot of weight and was really sculpting but then well I got lazy and lost track along the way, I uploaded a couple photos to show you now and before when I was going 5x a week.
