Currently: Crappy numbers mainly due to technique and also a very bad knee/wrist injury from MMA.

Try out multiply deadlifting

Lifting:
Bench 205 for 3
Go back to being able to do 10 pullups with a 45lb plate
Never skip legs more than once a month (I don't care about legs, sue me lol)
Other:
Buy Honda Grom and still finish year with $10,000 in savingsThe best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.
