    Compete at my first meet is probably my biggest goal this year.

    Get to a 900 total by the end of the year @132#

    Currently: Crappy numbers mainly due to technique and also a very bad knee/wrist injury from MMA.

    Bench: 202

    Edit: Or I am just bad at math. I was thinking your #'s were about 850, but it's more like 750.

    I want to get stronger but no matter what I do it never works and people won't believe me when I say I eat enough and work on the main compound exercises. I guess some people just can't get stronger because of genuine genetic defects

    you can always get stronger.

    you might not be able to set records and stuff like that but you can definitely always get stronger.

    Bench 205 for 3

    Go back to being able to do 10 pullups with a 45lb plate

    Never skip legs more than once a month (I don't care about legs, sue me lol)

    Other:

    Buy Honda Grom and still finish year with $10,000 in savings
