I'll try to keep this short. I've done SS and say I'm in the intermediate level, BW 175, best lifts in training 1 month ago: 400/240/465, at a meet 4 months ago 406/236/455. Around 15-16% BF, with goals in order of priority (get to ~10% BF, get stronger).
I'm really busy preparing for my board exams, studying countless hours every day and spending 1.5 hours in the gym doing the big lifts, heavy, long rest times, are taking too much time.
Anyone have any recommendations of a routine that I can get in and out quick, but still do enough work for aesthetics work while at least maintaining strength? I know I probably can't get much stronger if I don't dedicate much time to the gym, but at this period in my life I need to make that sacrifice.
Thank you.

How much time do you have? I think that the Texas method w/o accessories is your best option.
Lift: 5RM | Gym PB
Squat: 360 | 405
Bench: 195 | 230
Deadlift: 455 | 505

maybe you can answer a question for me.
why on earth would you ask about a primary goal of aesthetics in the powerlifting section?*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*
*Mods/CS will not, nor can they mass delete your post history, so don't ask*

Odd goals/question but 5/3/1 boring but big, also I find it hard to believe you cannot find 5-6 hours per week to spend in the gym, i'm sure you spend that much time per week just goofing off like the rest of us even if you have exams and studying to do.

You're in the wrong section with those goals.
Forgetting that… even 3-4 hours would do it with 5/3/1 BBB. It's doubtful you will make ANY strength gains trying to get to 10% body fat unless you're a genetic freak(obviously not at 5'11" 175).
You still need to lift as heavy as possible while trying to get down, so your body will spare the muscle. Benefit of the doubt, 15% puts you at ~149lbs lean body mass. No muscle loss at 10% would put you at ~165. 165@5'11" is frikkin skinny.
Eat, get stronger, gain 20 lbs, and then try to take off the fat.
