    New Here Feedback on my Training and Diet Suggestions Welcome!

    Hi my name is Bryan would love your feedback on the way i train/diet and any improvements just started this week Still Researching.

    Main Supplement: Golden Standard Whey and Creatine I take them together before a workout and before i go to sleep.

    Goal: To gain some weight and muscle
    Weight Goal: 180


    Gender: Male
    Age: 22
    Weight: 150
    Body Type: Slime
    Body Fat: N/a For now
    Day 1: Legs
    Day 2:Chest/Triceps
    Day 3:Rest
    Day 4:Back/Biceps
    Day 5: Shoulder/Ab
    Day 6:Rest
    Day 7: Legs

    Would Switch it once and awhile to confuse the muscles.

    Portion: Fist Size
    meal 1: Oats/Eggs Whites
    Post Work: Whey/Creatine
    meal 2 :White Rice/ tilapia boiled (1)
    snack: apples/peanut butter
    meal 3: white rice/steak
    meal 4: white rice /chicken
    meal 5: white rice Tilapia

    It's better if you take the supplements after workout, as your muscles would maximize them.
    I read "leaner bigger and stronger" book to know more about nutrition, I'd totally recommend it.
