28 grams of bcaa are you crazy the hole that would put in your wallet would not be worth the slight lean muscle retainment, anyhow you can retain lean muscle following a strict diet with salmon, tilapia, quinoa, chia seeds,sweet potatoes, brown rice, kale, spinach, broccoli etc no need to waste your money on excessive amounts of bcaas.
