Man, Lyndz, I really commend you for powering through with two sick kids and feeling crummy yourself. Don't beat yourself up too much!

Ya I feel that the Hammer Strength back machines hit my back better than most things. I typically have a hard time feeling barbell row even with squeezing my lats.
1/27/16
Bench
225 x 5 x 5sets, 315 x 5 x 1set, 355 x 3 x 1 set, 380 x 5 x 1set. I'll consider this my new PR since coming back from everything.
Seated Shoulder Press
135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 175 x 5, 135 x 5
JM Press
225 x 6, 255 x 6, 275 x 6
Dip machine
150 x 15 x 3
Rope press downs
72.5 x 10 x 3
Lat raises
35 x 10 x 3
Ab machine
130 x 30 x 3
Rotator cuff work
5lbs stuff
Various leg rehab things
Starting to throw in leg stuff almost everyday now since I can't lift enough to be sore. It's more about just using the muscles in general to get things going again at this point. Weighed 264.0 thus morning. I'd like to just stay at this weight and work on getting my legs going again for now. At this point since my leg rehab has taken WAY longer than I thought my only goal for the transformation is to come out having made progress when it's over.Transformation Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170068283&page=1

Solid benching all things considered. I'm sure that number will go up nicely when you're able to plant your feet again.
