Vitamin B give you crazy dreams?

I noticed at one point last year when I started taking some vit B later in the evening that it would really make my mind conjure up some cracked out dreams. Another kid that took them also said the same thing. I have since switched to a different brand (because I ran out of the other) and they do it too. I take the pill in the morning now and dont have the same results. But now my urine is Alien green (more like highlighter yellow) most of the day.

    You guys ever notice this?

I believe B6 is responsible for this.

Yeah, I take ZMA at night, which has B6, and it makes me have more vivid/intense dreams.

Here's an answer I found through some net research...

"Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine is part of the B group vitamins and is water-soluble and is required for both mental and physical health."

"People taking pyridoxine late at night sometimes experience very vivid dreams."
I was thirsty for everything, blood wasn't my style.
