    probably a super hard transition, strongman is way more work

    Deadlifting 220kg for reps.

    Push pressing 100kg for reps.

    Find a strongman gym (http://startingstrongman.com/resourc...trongman-gyms/) to be able to train with the implements. Its not ALL brute strength. Its not a whole lot different. You come in, do the work and hopefully progress.
